In just her first term, Judge Dolores Lozano has delivered on her promises and then some. She has been one of the most active, community-focused JPs Harris County has ever seen.

justice isn’t only about what happens in the courtroom – it’s about what happens in the community. Judge Lozano has transformed the Justice of the Peace office into a force for good in people’s daily lives. From helping someone stay in their home, to making sure a child has notebooks for school, to creating a welcoming space where everyone gets heard (and helped), Dolores Lozano has delivered results that matter.
And she’s just getting started.
